2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3129, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
42, on page 10, line 10, by deleting "separate and"; and


 
5on page 10, line 11, after "State.", by inserting "Any interest 
6attributable to moneys in the Fund must be deposited into the
