AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2955

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2955 on page 17, line 3, after "Code", by inserting "and any amount included in gross income under Section 87 of the Internal Revenue Code"; and

on page 39, line 8, after "Code", by inserting "and any amount included in gross income under Section 87 of the Internal Revenue Code"; and

on page 63, line 17, after "Code", by inserting "and any amount included in gross income under Section 87 of the Internal Revenue Code"; and

on page 81, line 9, after "greater", by inserting "; this subparagraph (H) is exempt from the provisions of Section 250"; and

o page 81, line 16, after "Code", by inserting "; this subparagraph (I) is exempt from the provisions of Section 250"; and

on page 82, line 3, after "Code", by inserting "and any amount included in gross income under Section 87 of the Internal Revenue Code"; and

on page 102, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following: "the taxable year of such loss, except as provided in subsection (d)."; and

on page 104, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following:

"positive, zero;

(2) minus an amount equal to the amount computed under subsection (a), without"; and

on page 231, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following: "the period that includes the taxable year and the 2 immediately preceding taxable years or, if the corporation was formed during the current or immediately preceding taxable year, the taxable years in which the corporation has been in existence, derived substantially all its gross".
