AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2092

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2092 as follows:

on page 5, line 13, by deleting the following: "The Food and Agricultural Research Fund shall not be subject to sweeps, administrative charges except those in Section 15 of this Act, or chargebacks, including, but not limited to, those that would in any way result in the transfer of any funds from this Fund to any other fund of this State or in having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the express purposes set forth in this Act.".
