1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2067
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2067 on page 1, line
3 19, by inserting after "1961" the following:
4 "if the minor committed the offense in or within 1,000 feet of
5 a park or school, regardless of the time of day or the time of
6 year, or on any conveyance owned, leased, or contracted by a
7 school to transport students to or from school or a school
8 related activity or on any conveyance owned, leased, or
9 contracted by a public transportation agency".
