1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1973
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1973 as follows:

3 on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 26 the
4 following:
5         "(d) None of the provisions of this Section apply to a
6     person or entity licensed under the Real Estate Appraiser
7     Licensing Act of 2002 or its successor Acts.".
