AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1929

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1929 on page 5, line 8, by inserting after "co-payment." the following: "For the purposes of this Section only, "indigent" means a committed person who has $20 or less in his or her Inmate Trust Fund at the time of such services or for the 30 days prior to such services.".
