1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1909
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1909 on page 2, by
3 replacing line 3 with "violation is based on, the date, time,
4 and location for the"; and

5 on page 2, line 4, after "owner", by inserting ", and that
6 failure to correct the violation prior to the hearing date may
7 result in a fine"; and

8 on page 2, line 15, after "more", by inserting "similar"; and

9 on page 2, line 16, after "code", by inserting "at the same
10 location in a 36-month period".
