1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1909
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1909 on page 1, line
3 22, after the period, by inserting "The notice may be issued by
4 a code enforcement officer of the county where the violation
5 occurred subject to the approval of an ordinance
6 administrator."; and

7 on page 2, line 11, after the period, by inserting "The date to
8 appear shall be no sooner than 15 days after the notice is
9 served upon the owner.".
