AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1866




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1866 on page 6, line 
36, by inserting after the period the following: "This 
4subsection (f) shall not apply to any bond issued on or after 
5the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General
