1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1628
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1628 on page 3, line
3 25, by replacing "or" with "~~or~~"; and

4 on page 3, line 26, by inserting "; or (viii) child counseling
5 center" after "home"; and

6 on page 4, line 3, by inserting "child counseling center,"
7 after "institution,"; and

8 on page 12, by inserting immediately below line 13 the
9 following:
10         "(15) "Child counseling center" means a facility where
11     mental health services are provided solely or primarily for
12     children.".
