AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1578

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1578 on page 2, line 21, after "increase", by inserting "the"; and

on page 2, line 21, by replacing "taxes" with "tax levy"; and

on page 2, line 23, before the period, by inserting "as long as the increase is offset by a like property tax levy reduction in one or more of the park district's funds"; and

on page 5, line 20, after "increase", by inserting "the"; and

on page 5, line 20, by replacing "taxes" with "tax levy"; and

on page 5, line 24, before the period, by inserting "as long as the increase is offset by a like property tax levy reduction in one or more of the park district's funds".
