AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1445




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1445 as follows:

 
3on page 13, by inserting immediately below line 21 the 
4following:
 

5    "(30 ILCS 105/5.525 rep.)

6    Section 15. The State Finance Act is amended  by repealing
