AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1355

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1355, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 3, on page 1, lines 11 and 12, by replacing "fund in the State treasury" with "account with the State Treasurer"; and

on page 2, line 1, by replacing "to deposits into the first fund" with "after the funds are released by the Treasurer to the Department for deposit into the first fund"; and

on page 2, line 9, by replacing "a fund in the State treasury" with "an account with the State Treasurer"; and

on page 2, lines 11 and 12, by replacing "received by the agency" with "released by the Treasurer to the Department"; and

on page 2, line 16, by replacing "to deposits into the first fund" with "after the funds are released by the Treasurer to the Department for deposit".
