AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1195

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1195 as follows:

on page 3, immediately below line 4, by inserting the following:

"The canine certification requirements adopted by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board under this Section shall not apply to accelerant detection dogs used by the Office of the State Fire Marshal."; and

on page 3, immediately below line 21, by inserting the following:

"(c) The record-keeping and reporting requirements of this Section shall not apply to the use of accelerant detection dogs by the Office of the State Fire Marshal.".
