1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 297
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 297 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 22, by replacing "August" with "November"; and

4 on page 5, line 26, and page 6, line 1, by replacing "November
5 1, 2011" with "February 1, 2012"; and

6 by replacing lines 24 through 26 on page 7 and line 1 on page 8
7 with the following:

8 "(f) The Task Force shall report to the Governor and the
9 General Assembly its findings, including recommendations as to
10 any employment restrictions that are not reasonably related to
11 public safety, by September 1, 2012.".
