AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 281

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 281 on page 3, below line 19, by adding the following:

"The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly do not apply to a child support or maintenance judgment."; and

on page 14, below line 14, by adding the following:

"The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly do not apply to a child support or maintenance judgment."; and

on page 18, below line 10, by adding the following:

"The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly do not apply to a child support or maintenance judgment."; and

on page 21, below line 6, by adding the following:

"The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly do not apply to a child support or maintenance judgment.".
