AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 248 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 248 on page 5, by 
3replacing line 15 with the following:


 
4"within or outside of the boundaries of the sanitary district. 
5Any use of treated wastewater by any public or private entity 
6shall be subject to the orders of the Pollution Control
