AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 224

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 224, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 2, by replacing lines 8 through 15 with the following:

"designee utilization review organization that a preexisting condition was present before the effective date of coverage; or

(3) a recission of coverage determination, which does not include a cancellation or discontinuance of coverage that is attributable to a failure to timely pay required premiums or contributions towards the cost of coverage. means a"; and
