1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 94
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 94, AS AMENDED, with
3 reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on
4 page 1, by replacing lines 6 through 13 with the following:

5 "Section 10. Distribution of census information. Not later
6 than 30 days after publication of census redistricting data for
7 this State by the United States Census Bureau, the Secretary of
8 State shall prepare and disseminate adjusted population counts
9 for each geographic unit included in the census counts as
10 provided by this Act.".
