SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Frank Eugene Bekielewski of Chicago; and
 
4    WHEREAS, He was born July 12, 1927; he attended Wells High
5School; and
 
6    WHEREAS, He honorably served his country in the Navy during
7both World War II And Korea; he always took great pride in his
8service on the USS Gardiners Bay As well as the USS Jason; and
 
9    WHEREAS, He loved to joke around and hold newborn babies;
10his pride was his family; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Frank Bekielewski is survived by his sister,
12Dorothy; his brother, Richard (Rosemary); his loving wife,
13Betty; their six children, Lee (Ron), Lynn (Bill), Mark
14(Sharry), Patty (Larry), Mike (Suzanne), and Chris; his 16
15grandchildren, Robert (Kim), Sherry (Bob), Victoria (John),
16William (Dawn), Terrie (John), Chris (Lori), Kari (Todd), Alan,
17Bridget, Allison, Ryan, Gabby, Zach, Madelyn, Kayla, and
18Jackson; and his 19 great-grandchildren, Riley, Jake, Haley,
19Jonathon, Jaden, Rachelle, Jesse, Cody, Virginia, Ben, Jake,
20Danielle, Britney, Jordan, Claire, Jacob, Austin, Brianna, and
21Ellie; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
3his family and friends, the passing of Frank Bekielewski; and
4be it further
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6presented to the family of Frank Bekielewski as a symbol of our
7sincere sympathy.
