1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3780
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3780, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 10, after line 17, by inserting the following:

5     "Section 15. The Commission to Study Disproportionate
6 Justice Impact Act is amended by changing Section 20 as
7 follows:

8     (20 ILCS 4085/20)
9     Sec. 20. Meetings; report. The Commission shall hold one
10 or more public hearings, at which public testimony shall be
11 heard. The Commission shall report its findings and
12 recommendations to the General Assembly on or before December
13 31, 2010 ~~2009~~, after which the Commission shall dissolve.
