1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3543
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3543 on page 13, by
3 inserting below line 4, the following:

4 "Section 30. Funding. The creation and establishment of the
5 Council, the Youth Advisory Group, and the Afterschool
6 Demonstration Program shall be subject to appropriations,
7 however the Department of Human Services shall be permitted to
8 accept private funding or private resources at any time to
9 implement this Act.".
