2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3282 on page 3,
3 line 17, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "Nothing in this subsection shall allow cargo tank vehicles to
5 cross bridges with posted weight restrictions if the vehicle
6 exceeds the posted weight limit.".
