1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3282
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3282 on page 3,
3 line 9, by replacing "heating", with "emergency heating
4 purposes"; and

5 on page 3, line 10, by replacing "and" with ","; and

6 on page 3, line 11, after "pounds", by inserting ", and the
7 driver of the cargo tank vehicle notifies the appropriate
8 agency or agencies with jurisdiction over the highway before
9 driving the vehicle on the highway pursuant to this
10 subsection".
