AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3268

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3268 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Cemetery Oversight Act is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(225 ILCS 411/5-1)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2021)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Cemetery Oversight Act.
