2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3060 on page 3,
3 line 22, by replacing the period with the following:
4 ", and who is:
5         (1) age 18 or older; or
6         (2) age 12 or older, but younger than 18 years, and who
7     also is in possession of an approved boater safety card.".
