AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2601

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2601 as follows:

on page 3, line 7, by replacing "upon admission" with "within 
4
10 days of admission"; and
 
5
on page 3, line 11, by inserting after "." the following:
6
"Nothing in this subsection (c) shall apply to a nursing 
7
facility licensed or regulated by the Illinois Department of 
8
