1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2109
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2109 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Lobbyist Registration Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (25 ILCS 170/1)  (from Ch. 63, par. 171)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.This Act shall be known as the~~the~~
8 Lobbyist Registration Act.
