1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2057
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2057 as follows:

3 on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 9 the following:
4     "(g) All information entered into the PAP database must be
5 updated every 2 years or when such information changes."; and

6 on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 13 the
7 following:

8     "Section 24. Data control. Any person designated by a
9 public safety agency to control data entered into the PAP
10 database shall develop policies and procedures for the control
11 of such data."; and

12 on page 5, by inserting immediately below line 5 the following:

13     "Section 40. Duration of program. The establishment and

1 continued existence of PAP shall be based on funding
2 availability.".
