1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2057
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2057 as follows:

3 on page 4, by replacing lines 22 through 23 with the following:

4 "Section 30. Liability. Except for willful or wanton
5 misconduct, a public safety agency shall not be subject to
6 civil liabilities for duties relating to the reporting of
7 special needs individuals."; and

8 on page 5, by deleting line 1.
