1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1810
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1810 as follows:

3 on page 1, lines 13 and 14, by deleting "and other elected
4 officials of the State"; and

5 on page 1, line 21, by inserting "An official or dignitary
6 covered by this Section may decline, in writing, to have a
7 security and protection detail assigned to him or her. After
8 receiving the written declination of the dignitary or official,
9 the Director shall not be required to provide a security and
10 protection detail to the official or dignitary." immediately
11 after "election.".
