1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 178
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 178, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 3, on page 9, immediately below line 13, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "(k) If an entity chooses to participate as a household
7 waste drop-off point, then it must follow the provisions of
8 this Section and any rules the Agency may adopt governing
9 household waste drop-off points.".
