1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 82
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 82 on page 9, by
3 replacing lines 6 through 8 with the following:
4     "(i) Any public utility that fails to comply with the
5 provisions of subsection (c) or (d) of this Section shall pay
6 for all costs of enforcement by the Illinois Department of
7 Revenue, including reasonable legal fees."; and

8 on page 16, by replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following:
9     "(i) Any public utility that fails to comply with the
10 provisions of subsection (c) or (d) of this Section shall pay
11 for all costs of enforcement by the Illinois Department of
12 Revenue, including reasonable legal fees.".
