AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5858

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5858 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing Section 1.1 as follows:

(520 ILCS 5/1.1) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.1)

Sec. 1.1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Wildlife Code".
