1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5232
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5232 on page 2, line
3 19, immediately after "notices.", by inserting the following:
4     "All notices required for publication by this Act shall
5 remain legal and valid for all purposes when any error that
6 occurs pursuant to the requirements of this Section for
7 placement of the notice on the statewide website is the fault
8 of the printer."; and

9 on page 8, line 10, immediately after "notices.", by inserting
10 the following:
11     "All notices required for publication by this Act shall
12 remain legal and valid for all purposes when any error that
13 occurs pursuant to the requirements of this Section in the
14 requirement for placement of the notice on the statewide
15 website is the fault of the printer."; and

16 on page 9, lines 9 and 10, by replacing "January 1, 2011" with
