2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4683 on page 5, line
3 23, by replacing "December" with "February"; and

4 on page 5, line 24, by replacing "December" with "February";
5 and

6 On page 5, immediately below line 24, by inserting the
7 following:

8 "Section 30. Collective bargaining agreements. The rights
9 of employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement shall
10 not be affected by this Act.".
