1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3923
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3923, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:

5     "Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
6 changing Section 1 as follows:

7     (215 ILCS 5/1)  (from Ch. 73, par. 613)
8     Sec. 1. Short title.This Act shall be known and ~~and~~ may be
9 cited as the ~~"~~Illinois Insurance Code.~~"~~
