1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2516
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2516 on page 1,
3 lines 9 and 10, by replacing "tax imposed within the county"
4 with "tax imposed by the State within the county if the benefit
5 of the tax is used solely within the county"; and

6 on page 1, line 16, after "tax", by inserting "under this
7 Section".
