    AN ACT concerning agriculture.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Family Farmer Support Act is 
5
amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

    Sec. 5. Family farmer. "Family farmer" means an individual 
8
who is a
resident of Illinois and
and
owns or leases land in 
9
Illinois that is used as a farm as that term is defined
in 
10
Section 1-60 of the
Property Tax
Code.
