    Section 5. The Department of Children and Family Services

Powers Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is

amended by changing Section 510-1 as follows:

    Sec. 510-1. Article short title. This Article 510 of the

the Civil
Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the

Department of Children and
Family Services Powers Law.
