AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1075

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1075 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing Section 7.5 as follows:

(605 ILCS 10/7.5)

Sec. 7.5. Public comments at board meetings. The The board of directors shall set aside a portion of each meeting of the board that is open to the public pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meetings Act during which members of the public who are present at the meeting may comment on any subject.
