AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 681

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 681 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Downstate Public Transportation Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(30 ILCS 740/1-1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 661)

Sec. 1-1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Downstate Public Transportation Act".
