1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2743
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2743 on page 50, by
3 replacing line 14 with the following:

4     "amended on or after January 1, 2009, if a fire protection
5     district is not subject to an intergovernmental agreement
6     with the municipality for the purposes of funding increased
7     costs of the district because of new development, then the
8     fire protection".
