1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1878
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1878, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 7, by replacing lines 10 through 13 with the
5 following:
6 "violation. The circuit court for the county in which"; and

7 on page 7, by replacing line 24 with the following:
8         "(3) For a willful and knowing violation of Section
9     12(c) of this Act,".
