1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 426
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 426 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following:
4 "administration of this Fund. Fifty percent of the moneys in
5 the Fund shall be allocated equally by the Department for the
6 Illinois Sheriffs' Association and the Illinois Association of
7 Chiefs of Police for education of their memberships relating to
8 this Act and the Sex Offender Community Notification Law
