1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 8
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 8 on page 3, line
3 12, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "Any such contracts entered into by the Department must be with
5 individuals and entities pre-approved by the U.S. Department of
6 Veterans Affairs and must be for the provision of services
7 pre-approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.".
