AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5618

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5618, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 9; and

on page 20, line 12, after "needs.", by inserting "For purposes of this item, "low and moderate income persons or families" means persons or families whose adjusted income is less than 80% of the median income of the area of residence, adjusted for family size, as adjusted income and median income for the area are determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for purposes of Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937."; and

on page 22, by deleting lines 13 through 16.
