1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4653
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4653, on page 9,
3 line 3, after "record." by adding the following:
4 "The conveyance shall be made subject to the condition that
5 title to the buildings and the land shall revert to the State
6 of Illinois, Department of Corrections, if Peoria County ceases
7 to use the buildings and the land for a public purpose.".
