1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 944
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 944 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 315/1)  (from Ch. 111, par. 8101)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)
8     Sec. 1. Purpose. It is the~~the~~ purpose of this Act to
9 provide for the registration of landscape architects.
