1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 824
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 824, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 5, on page 10, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the
5 following:

6 "candidacy of (i) any officeholder or (ii) any declared
7 candidate for any office held by an officeholder."; and

8 on page 11, in line 9, by inserting after "proposal" the
9 following:

10 ", another officeholder, or a declared candidate for any office
11 held by an officeholder".
